Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received on time, please make sure you have entered all information such as name, shipping address and zip code is correctly entered. Use correct abbreviations and spaces inserted properly. If any issues with verifying your information occur while processing your order, customer service will contact you to resolve these issues. If we do NOT receive proper response from you; orders will be canceled and refunds will be given.

Although we will do our best to correct the improper information and/or change of address. We do NOT take responsibility for the incorrect information provided.
Ordering Processing Time:
Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed for shipping. This excludes orders purchased on weekends and/or holidays. Also orders received after 5pm, will be processed the next business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Domestic and International Shipping Options:
Shipping price rates vary between domestic and international shipping carriers and the weight of packages. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from BlossomBeautique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any additional costs of returning the package to us. In which, these amounts will be deducted from tour merchandise refund.

Local Delivery or Pickup:
Blossom Beautique is located in Lafayette, Louisiana. We offer delivery options within a 5 mile radius for additional costs depending on location. Prices are subject to change.
Pickup:
We offer local pick up options as well. Pick up locations must also be within a 5 mile radius of Lafayette, Louisiana. And additional costs vary between location. Contact customer service via email at sales@blossombeautique.com to setup pickup location and costs. There will be fees associated with this delivery option.
Potential Service Interruptions:
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Blossom Beautique does NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.
