BLOSSOM BEAUTIQUE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
ALL items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, or non-refundable. This includes ANY clothing, accessories, footwear, purses, eyewear, jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
ALL items are considered to be non-refundable.
Under certain circumstances (such as unavailable product items), We will ONLY accept payment refund on such item(s) that are purchased prior to the completed fulfillment of order. We will notify you once we’ve received notice on any fulfillment error or issue. In such case, you will automatically receive a full refund of payment and shipping fees on your original payment method associated with order.
You will also receive a notification email of refunded payment and cancellation of order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
